Country Isles Homes for Sale

Country Isles is where Weston began. The first Arvida homes in the city were finished here in 1984, and four decades on the trees show it: mature canopy, winding streets and planting you cannot buy new. It sits beside Weston Town Center.

It is also not one association. Eight separate maintenance associations operate inside Country Isles - The Cove, Executive I and II, Captiva Cay, Garden Homes, Village Homes, Patio Homes and the Villas - so two homes a few streets apart can carry different dues and different rules.

What buyers get wrong: the high school line runs through this community. Almost all of Country Isles feeds Cypress Bay High. Homes inside the Tequesta association do not, and go instead to Western High in Davie. Elementary and middle are shared, at Country Isles Elementary and Tequesta Trace Middle; the split happens at ninth grade, and Cypress Bay’s enrollment caps make a waiver unlikely.
