Discover Other Communities
These six have nothing to do with each other. Different builders, different decades, different gates, no shared association. We group them here because each is small enough that a page of its own would tell you almost nothing.
San Messina - Off Glades Parkway in 33327. Around 344 homes built 1997 to 1999, single-family on the south side of the community and townhomes on the north. It is not gated, which is rare in Weston and shows up directly in the monthly dues. Pool, playground and a sand volleyball court inside; Weston Regional Park, minutes away, does the rest.
San Remo - Off Indian Trace, gated, dating to the mid-1990s. Same split idea as San Messina, with townhomes to the north and single-family homes to the south, plus a pool, basketball court and tot lot. Townhome plans put the living space downstairs and the bedrooms up, with a one-car garage.
San Mateo - A gated townhome community in 33327, roughly 240 homes built around the turn of the 2000s. Pool and playground on site, modest dues for a gated Weston address, and lake, garden or Everglades outlooks depending where you sit.
San Sebastian - Also 33327, and the mixed one. Single-family homes and townhomes carry the same name here, built from the mid-1990s onward, so the community name on a listing tells you very little about what you are actually buying. Ask before you compare.
Mariposa Pointe - A small community near Weston Town Center, built in 2001. It is legally a condominium, but the homes live like townhomes: three bedrooms, two-car garage, screened balcony. The association carries roof, paint and insurance, which is most of the appeal.
Courtyard at the Grove - A gated townhome enclave off Bonaventure Boulevard, early 2000s. One-car garage plus a private driveway, pool and playground inside, and the best walkability of the six - schools, the Weston library and Vista Park are all reachable on foot.
Any of these can be the right answer for the right buyer. Tell us what you need and we will tell you which.
