Weston Hills Homes for Sale

Weston Hills is Weston’s country club address and its largest guard-gated community: more than two dozen subdivisions built around two 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. courses, the Tour course a former Honda Classic host through the 1990s.

Most homes here went up through the 1990s, and it shows in the things that are hard to add later — generous lots, mature oaks, and floor plans drawn before square footage got rationed. Fairway and lake frontage are common, and a double-entry guardhouse covers the community around the clock.

The detail buyers most often get wrong: club membership is optional. Owning here does not obligate you to join, and club dues are billed separately from the HOA, which varies by subdivision.

Elementary is split between Everglades and Manatee Bay depending where you sit; middle and high are A-rated Falcon Cove and Cypress Bay.
