Botaniko Weston Homes for Sale

Botaniko is Weston’s modern-architecture address: 125 estate homes on 121 acres, completed in 2021 on land that was the Bonaventure Country Club golf course.

Nothing else in Weston looks like it. Two AIA Fellows, Chad Oppenheim and Roney J. Mateu, designed the homes around long horizontal lines, deep glass and an unbroken run from inside to out. Many back to water, with private pools, covered terraces and summer kitchens drawn into the plan rather than added later.

What buyers get wrong: because it was carved out of the old golf course, people assume Botaniko is part of Bonaventure. It isn’t. It is a separate gated community with its own association, and the contemporary design exists precisely because Weston’s established neighborhoods have architectural rules that make homes like these impossible to build there.

Schools do follow Bonaventure, since that is where the land came from: Eagle Point Elementary, Tequesta Trace Middle and Western High.
