The Landings Homes for Sale

The Landings is a manned-gate community of 243 homes in three neighborhoods — Egret, Mallard and Pelican Landing — built between 1995 and 1998 around lakes and tree-lined streets.

This is Weston’s estate end, and the three names are not interchangeable. Pelican Landing runs four to seven bedrooms with private pools; Egret and Mallard sit at a different scale, so one listing tells you little about the rest.

What that really buys is land. Lots here run from roughly 9,600 square feet to 28,000 — the top end approaching two-thirds of an acre, rare in Weston’s gated market and impossible to add later. With 243 homes in total, only a handful trade in any given year, so this is somewhere you wait for rather than shop.

Gator Run Elementary, Falcon Cove Middle and Cypress Bay High serve the community. Assignments can shift, so confirm yours by address.
